FAQs
Here are some of the questions we’re most frequently asked by our clients and couples:
-
For weddings, six to twelve months out is a good starting point. If your date is on a Saturday, twelve to eighteen months in advance is strongly recommended as those dates fill up the fastest. For other events, less lead time is usually fine. The best way to know if your date is still available is to check right now. Dates are first come first served and are only held once the agreement is signed and retainer is paid.

Yes! I'll be your MC for the entire evening, handling everything from your grand entrance to making all of your announcements. Throughout the party, I'll keep the energy high and the crowd engaged, without going overboard. You can count on me to strike the perfect balance.

Most couples invest around $3,500 for the full experience including ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and full-room uplighting. Collections start at $2,595 and go up to $4,995 depending on how much you want to add to the experience. Every wedding is a little different so once we connect I will put together a quote based exactly on what you are looking for.

Yes, everything is mixed live. That means songs are blended together so the music never stops, never drops awkwardly, and the energy never breaks. There are no dead moments between tracks. It is the same approach you would hear at a high-energy club or concert, applied to your wedding in a way that fits every part of the night.
-
Professional grade sound that fills the room clearly whether you have 50 guests or 500. Everything is set up and tested before guests arrive so that on your wedding day the sound is never something you have to think about.
-
No, you'll have the opportunity to request up to 50 songs, which I'll use as a foundation for crafting the reception's atmosphere. I'll blend your selections seamlessly with other tracks from my library to ensure your dance floor stays packed all night long.

Totally fine. Some couples come in with a detailed list and others simply share their vibe and trust me to handle the rest. Either way works. Reading the room and adjusting in real time to keep the energy right is what I do, and your guests will never know the difference.

Yes, and most couples with live musicians still book ceremony audio. Here is why. We provide the microphones for your officiant and anyone speaking during the ceremony so every word is heard clearly by everyone there. We also connect your musician directly into our system so the sound is balanced, clean, and consistent throughout. Your musician handles the music. We handle everything else.

Most couples tell me after their wedding that they had no idea how much was actually happening behind the scenes. The music, the MC work, the timeline, the communication with your planner and venue, all of it is being managed so that everything in front of you feels effortless. I am also bilingual, which matters more than people realize when you have a diverse crowd. The planning process through Vibo keeps everything organized from day one. And when the day comes, you have not just me but a full team making sure nothing gets dropped. I have hundreds of five-star reviews and recommendations from some of Orlando's top venues and planners say more than I ever could.:
“Danny is the perfect DJ for all events! When I got engaged one of the first vendors I reached out to was Danny, I wasn't going to book my wedding date until I knew Danny was available! We can't thank him enough for the service he provided not only during our wedding, but throughout the planning process. The app he has makes the process of picking songs so easy and less stressful. He happily jumped on a call with us to check in and give recommendations when we needed them. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of the service Danny provided! He is well spoken on the mic and knows how to keep everyone on the dancefloor. Our guests haven't stopped raving about Danny and how much fun they had! I have hired Danny for corporate events and now my wedding day; for every event his service has always been the best.”
